Disclaimer: I am most definitely not a vegan, nor do I play one on TV, but I’ve been dying to try this recipe ever since I saw it over on Lagusta’s Luscious a few months ago. Of course it took me forever to get around to it, but now we’re coming up on Easter, so the timing is perfect.
